1. How do I start downloading in my Mobile?
Ans. Find your desired content from click on 'Download' bottom it will start downloading automatically.

2. What if I don't want to subscribe to the service but I want to download a particular content?
Ans. If you don't want to subscribe to the service you can still download the contents on-demand basis. Click on your desired content it will ask for subscription, skip the subscription by clicking 'Cancel' it will redirect you to the on-demand option confirm by clicking 'OK' and download the content.

3. What if I have been charged but I could not download the full content?
Ans. If you are charged once for content you can download any time during that day.

4. If I pay for an On-Demand content how long or how many times can I download?
Ans. You can download the content as many times as you want within that day.

5. Is there any data charge for browsing the portal and download content?
Ans. Yes, there will be data charges as per your subscribed data plan for browsing at

6. What kind of mobile will be compatible for Media Masti?
Ans. User will be able to use the service with handsets using Symbian, Android, BlackBerry OS and iOS operating system.

7. What will happen if any non-member clicks to download content from Media Masti?
Ans. When a non-member user will click the content they will get a subscription request in a popup menu, if he/she denies to subscribe, then s/he will get a notification which will show the details of the content price if he/she confirms then the user can download the content on demand basis.

8. Where can I find the content which I have already downloaded? How can I download it again? Do I need to pay again to download that content?
Ans. You can go to 'history' section to see the list of content that has already been downloaded from your account. You can download the content again by just clicking on it, it will charged on demand basis.

9. If a user double clicks or sends double SMS for subscription then will the user be charged twice?
Ans. Users will be charged only once for subscription. If any existing user sends subscription request more than once, then they will receive a free notification that they are already subscribed for the service.

10. Will I be able to subscribe if my handset is not supported?
Ans. No, you will not be able to subscribe to this service if your handset is not supported. We can detect Handsets model, brand, Operating system and browser. If any of these options do not support, user will not be able to subscribe at Media Masti WAP portal.

11. What will happen if I change my Phone?
Ans. If you change your handset and continue having the old SIM card, then you will remain a subscriber to the service. And you can just use the service as you were earlier.

12. What happens when I change my SIM card?
Ans. If you change your SIM card then you will have to subscribe to the service once again with your new SIM.

13. I cannot download any of the content!
Ans. You may have a poor network. Try changing the your mobile to 3G mode.

14. I could download content till yesterday, but can't download today.
Ans. Possible reason for not downloading the contents as follows:
  • You do not have sufficient balance so the subscription has not been renewed
  • Please check your data plan
  • If you are using dual SIM handset please check and choose your subscribed SIM for the service.

15. Can I live stream from Media Masti WAP portal?
Ans. There is stream option on Live TV at Media Masti portal.

16. Can I use any browser to access the Media Masti WAP service?
Ans. For Android OS UC browser and UC browser mini will not support . For BlackBerry OS , Nokia's Symbian and IOS cell phone own default browser will Support .
